Booking happens in our secure patient portal
When you click the button below, you'll go to our secure scheduling portal (run by OptiMantra, our HIPAA-covered scheduling system). That's where you'll choose your visit type, pick a time, and complete intake.
Before you book
- You must be physically located in Florida, Washington, New York, or Arizona at the time of your visit.
- Visits are cash-pay — payment is due at booking. No insurance billing.
- You'll need a phone, tablet, or computer with a camera and internet connection.
- Gather any recent labs if you have them — they're helpful but not required.
What happens after you book
You'll get a confirmation with your video link and intake forms. Complete intake before your visit so your time with Bertine is spent on you — not paperwork. At your appointment time, click the link and you'll meet by secure video.
