Before your visit
After you book through our secure booking portal, you will get an intake form by email. Take your time with it — list your symptoms, your cycle history, any medications or supplements, and what has already been tried. If you have recent lab results, upload them. The more complete your intake, the more we can cover in the visit.
Checking in
You will get a secure video link before your appointment. Join from a quiet, private place with good lighting and a stable connection — your phone, tablet, or computer all work. Have your ID and your list of current medications nearby, just in case.
The conversation
Your first visit is a real conversation, not a checklist. We go through your history, your symptoms, your goals, and what matters most to you — whether that is irregular cycles, hair and skin changes, fertility, or simply wanting answers. There is time for your questions. You will not be talked over or told 'that's just hormones.'
What may come next
Depending on what we discuss, we may recommend lab work to check hormones, thyroid, blood sugar, or vitamin levels. We will talk through what each test looks for and why, so you understand the plan. Then we build your next steps together — lifestyle foundations, follow-up timing, and whether a return visit makes sense.
After the visit
You will receive a written summary of your visit and your plan, plus your itemized receipt. If labs were ordered, you will get clear instructions on how to complete them. Follow-up visits are scheduled only when they are useful — never as a surprise requirement.
You set the agenda
Many women arrive with a list — symptoms, questions, past frustrations — and that is welcome. If you are not sure where to start, we will guide the conversation. Either way, you leave with a written plan, not a vague 'let us wait and see.'
Frequently Asked Questions
How long is the first visit?
Plan for a full-length visit with real time to talk — not a rushed 10-minute slot. The exact length depends on your needs.
Do I need labs before my first visit?
No. If you have recent results, bring them. If not, we decide together during the visit whether labs are needed.
What if I'm nervous about talking about my symptoms?
That's completely normal. Nothing you say will surprise us — we've heard it all, and this is a judgment-free space.
