Step 1: Choose your visit type
Head to our secure booking portal and pick the visit that fits: a first visit (a full, unhurried conversation) or a follow-up (for returning patients). Each visit type shows its price up front — no surprises, ever.
Step 2: Pick a time that works for you
Choose from the available times shown in your time zone. Evening and weekend options are available because we know healthcare has to fit around real life — work, kids, and everything else.
Step 3: Pay securely online
As a cash-pay practice, payment happens at booking through our secure portal. You will see the full price before you confirm — what you see is what you pay, with no bills arriving later.
Step 4: Complete your intake form
Right after booking, you will get a confirmation email with a link to your intake form. Fill it out before your visit: your history, symptoms, medications, and goals. Have any recent lab results ready to upload — and jot down your questions so none get forgotten.
Step 5: Join your visit
Before your appointment, you will receive a secure video link. Join a few minutes early from a quiet, private spot. After the visit, you will get a written summary of your plan and your itemized receipt for your records — which you can submit to your insurer if you have out-of-network benefits.
Need to reschedule?
Life happens. Use the link in your confirmation email to reschedule or cancel — just give us as much notice as you can so the time can go to another patient.
We are glad you are here
Taking the first step is often the hardest part — especially if past appointments left you feeling unheard. We built this practice to be different: longer visits, plain-language explanations, and a plan you help create. We look forward to meeting you.
